Please do not leave any Neutral or Negative Feedback with us. If you are not satisfied with us, PLEASE contact us first and we will try to do our best to solve the problem ASAP.

Returns & Cancellations:
Orders and cancellations that have already been shipped are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the order. Please note that for ALL returns, shipping & handling is non-refundable.
All returns must be approved by Morning Star Market prior to being returned. All items must be returned within 90 days after being delivered. Any items received after 90 days or without approval from Morning Star Market will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. No returns on parts installed
Shipping:
It is against our policy to ship to unconfirmed shipping addresses. Any change to your shipping address after you place an order will cause your order to be canceled. We only ship to confirm addresses on file with your payment processor. If you have forgotten to update your shipping address with your payment processor, you will need to reorder the item with your correct shipping address.
Warranties:
All products are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise specifically stated.
Warranty’s are non transferrable.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for any warranty claims.
Any modifications, alterations, damage, incorrect installation or use voids any and all warranties. You acknowledge that the information on this Website is provided “AS IS” for general information only.
Back Orders:
If in the event that Morning Star Market or the manufacturer is unable to immediately ship your order, the order will be placed on back order. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Parts in stock will be sent immediately unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders will be automatically shipped upon their availability. In the event that a part becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar brand of equal or greater value.
Other Restrictions:
Some parts are for off road use only. Please check your local and state laws before purchasing aftermarket parts.

Professional installation is highly recommended for all our products. Some parts we sell are non application specific. Please verify compatibility before purchase. Some modifications may be require for proper installation.
We only sell products from trusted well known manufacturers so you know your getting the latest and greatest parts for your car.
Because we sell local, sometimes products becomes out of stock and we have to order more. This typically puts an order behind a week or two as new stock comes in.
